never be replaced.

i'm starting to develop a phobia of stairs - all thanks to mjc's pe department. we had a gruelling pe lesson today. i discovered a newfound hatred for jumping because i happen to be severely handicapped when it comes to standing broad jumps.

AND SO, i heard i haven't blogged for a week! i am so very glad the camp's over because it has indeed been a very trying period for the exco.

i won't go down to the nitty-gritty, but i sincerely hope everyone enjoyed themselves! i am genuinely sorry lardo, for not being able to produce the 535 photos.

honestly, it wasn't an extremely exhilarating experience because all the exco did was only to execute our plans and nothing else much. i couldn't help feeling a tad sad and desolate after we broke camp because seeing everyone else but yourself bonding so well with each other isn't exactly a very happy sight. it's pretty ironic how yu put in all that effort in planning in hope to bond the band, but end up not being a part of it after all.

nevertheless, i can safely declare that the exco's definitely gotten closer after this milestone :) what yu lose on the swings yu gain on the roundabouts. i'm so so glad our Dial M wasn't a flop! all those saturday meetings and late nights rushing out proposals and clues didn't go to waste after all! i guess we really slogged out hearts out for this camp. all of us were reduced to shambles by the time the camp ended can! i'm sure hanging out with these people won't be the same anymore :)

this may sound pathetic but i actually found joy in our late night debriefings and chilling out in the staffroom, haha. for me, i suppose the highlight for this camp would be my once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to bathe in the staffroom toilet! the staff lounge(?) is fantabulously furnished, and i swear their toilets can put hotel toilets to shame. haha i was taking my time to bathe until jun came to make noise! hong wei told me they thought i was playing with bubbles or something hahaha. wah, but really very nice :) the couches were very sleep-inducing - it's no wonder zy and hong wei fell asleep. the thought of us trying our utmost to fight a losing battle with the sleep-bugs still amuses me! haha, and the sight of kailing sleeping while vetting the Dial M scripts - priceless! (my, i'm smiling to myself now)

so there! i actually have a lot of reasons to be glad about the camp, haven't i? :)

haha i must admit i forgot my lines during one of my scenes for Dial M. so embarrassing, fortunately weekiat was there to help. :D

oh, before i forget. our theme for the camp is actually 'phantom of the opera'! haha but apparently we didn't make it clear so everyone was oblivious of the significance of having the phantom's mask in the classrooms! and that was why we had the dinner under the stars on saturday too! and that was why we brought everyone back to the phantom era for our Dial M too! 1883! haha so now it all makes sense huh.

once again, i had a horribly strong urge to shit after the camp. and we were all suffering from chronic hunger because the exco always didn't seem to have time to finish eating! went to downtown east for lunch after we broke camp as hong wei said the chicken rice there was fantastic, but i waited for the queue to shorten until i died. got home at four and slept from five until four am the next morning! haha so i excused myself from school yesterday in the name of "very very bad cramps" because i didn't dare to turn up in school with untouched homework.

i realised i've rambled quite a lot!
sorry, but i must continue. haha i'm like having verbal diarrhoea now due to my week's absence! i watched superband on tv yesterday and.. i saw this really cute guy! haha! sorry, i had to let it out. my maid thought he was good-looking too! maybe i should have gone to watch it live! i know jie ying did :)

mj had a soccer match against hwa chong yesterday and we won with a score of 3-0! :) it's too bad i skipped school. haha but at least i was there when we played against aj. wah, i can't wait to attend the next match. haha i like the high atmosphere!

oh, pardon my incoherence but i just remembered about this morning's chem test. yu know my classmates couldn't recognise me cause i didn't tie up my hair and wore specs instead of contacts. eugenia almost wanted to tell me to not take our class' test papers! i admit i'm ugly la, haha. no need to have such subtle actions. hahaha okay ignore me.

gotta go do the e-portal nonsense for chem now!
