we got a new piece today. tarzan - two worlds. heard it's nice. neemo and jc are currently crazy about it. hehs. but i don't exactly like the piece a lot. somehow, i prefer carmen. i'm drained by the way. woke up at six early this morning. though i slept only at two am. was busy with hui en's autograph book. heheh. wrote quite a whole lot.
i nearly passed away during combine. my lips, teeth and thumb were dying. pam and neemo were clever enough to use cigarette paper, therefore they survived. and this particular someone still had a metallic tone. i seriously wanted to slam her. had the nerve to claim that her metallic sounds were gone. right.
and i think we should stop taking so many reeds. heard reeds 3 and 3 half alone cost about $320. the total QM stuffs summed up to about $2000++. didn't know they cost a bomb actually. and i guess she's paying for all of these accessories cuz xy said that they didn't bill the tax invoice or whatever that is.
the concert is in thirty days' time. we have a total of ten pieces to master. must really work on them.. it's gonna be our last concert, so we have to make it an enjoyable and meaningful one.
we went out for dinner after band. spent most of the time talking actually. xy made a fetish of cleanliness.. she couldn't stop wiping and cleaning her case. that girl is mental. and we noticed that jc kept on grinning while msging don'tknowwho ah. heheh. she even blushed when we teased her about it. lol. i realised that jc does a bit of waltz when she gets nervous. haha.
ouch* my lower lip is stinging. and the ulcer is adding on to my agony too. grr. it'll hurt like hell when yu drink hot stuffs. must go get cigarette paper from pam soon. and thank God my thumb didn't rot like neem's. but it's sooner or later when it finally dies larh. [*cons of clarinet playing]
and jj: ehh. cheer up kay. don't be too bothered by what she said. we know yu weren't in the wrong. yups. don't take her words to heart yeah. :))
